Topic - Spotters Report Firing Pins
Posted: Feb 21 2019 at 4:30pm By New2brass
Firing pins for Underwood have been reported on data sheets as .U. DU and WU
According to War Baby Underwood produced firing pins at the Hartford location (.U.)
For subcontractor it lists:
Bruce MacDonald with marking unknown
Nolan Machine Company with marking unknown

Here we have a previously unreported firing pin with N-U!

The N-S or S-N has been reported before but never observed on an original carbine.
The bottom firing pin N-N is Nolan Machine for NPM, Observed as NN as well.

If anyone has a N-U firing pin please let us know. If it is on an original appearing carbine please let us know!
