can anyone tell me if this is an import mark/ if so, how can you tell, and is this a bad thing?

Look closely, does it look like this? Letters are NHM CO SAC CA. Many times only partial letters can be observed.

It may also be GF CC CO SACCO

again, it doesn't look like either of those. i can't make out anything that looks like a letter, or letters, and the marks are lower on the receiver. thanks for your help !
