   can anyone tell me if this is an import mark/ if so, how can you tell, and is this a bad thing?

	Look closely, does it look like this? Letters are NHM CO SAC CA. Many times only partial letters can be observed. or this? It may also be GF CC CO SACCO Carbines brought back into the country by private companies after 1968 were required to stamp a firearm with their information. 	again, it doesn't look like either of those. i can't make out anything that looks like a letter, or letters, and the marks are lower on the receiver. thanks for your help !
