Howdy y'all I know the ordinance wheel is supposed to be stamped on the right hand buttstock. And I've taken a photo of the one that I have on mine but what was strange as I was looking it over just now and it looks like somebody was playing with it and maybe stamped an ordinance wheel on the pistol grip flat spot look at the photos I mean it's not the real small one like you see on the M1 Garand. This looks like almost a full size one so I don't know the ordinance wheel on the right hand side look Legit To Me and the stock has got the correct wear and everything so I can't believe it was played with but after 80 years who knows who knows monkeying with them so you can take a look at the photos and let me know what you guys think hope I can figure

You know it is the correct size for that but my camera doesn't show the details as much as my naked eye can and it definitely looks like there's cannons in the center of it. But yes it could be a pee I mean it is that faint. I ain't going to worry about it cuz I'll never sell this carbine

Use your phone camera, in good sunlight. You can then expand that image which may help.

I have a dumb question, but some will know why I'm asking.
Could this have been an S'G'?
Can we see an overall photo of the stock, the slingwell?
