Anyone know what these tools are? They were from the LR collection and I have no reason to think for the carbine.
When we were first going through the collection, I was emailing one of our members and cannot remember who. I believe they mentioned a Garand tool roll was given to Larry by Scott Duff.
I am thinking these are not Garand either.

The "A" tool looks similar to a M1918 BAR tool, see below for the differences.
"B" I found one possible reference to a weapon, but am wondering if it was used for more than one weapon.
"C" is a 30 cal broken shell extractor, but again I wonder if for more than one weapon?
"D" I have no clue.
Any know what these are?

They resemble spanner wrenches for adjusting castle nuts like found on some coil-over vehicle shocks, or the cheaper ones for removing/installing an AR buffer-tube nut.

I'm thinking Mortar..... but found nothing until this described as:
US ARMY MORTAR / GUN SPANNER WRENCH
which has the same part #7149835 as item B pictured above.
Could tools A and D have anything to do with attaching/removing Fuzes or Adjusting Friction Bands on Mortar Rounds?

I'll try looking deeper tomorrow.

My 2 cents

A: No idea
B: Combination tool seen in M20 Bazooka TM's & probably others
C: .30 cal Browning MG shell extractor (30-06 ruptured case extractor)
D: Browning M1917 or M1919 Spanner Wrench (used to adjust headspace)

Checking the M1919 TM (1969?) it does not show many tools.

The book "Hard Rain" by Frank Iannamico shows D as wrench,  packing ring as a .50 cal tool
The headspace on the 30 cal you would rotate the barrel using a bullet. I am wondering if it would also be used on the M1917 (water cooled M1919)

C is shown in Hard Rain as early style ruptured case extractor for the 30 cal.

A is in fact a different version of the BAR combo tool, So I learned something.

Being that we are at two weapons so far (BAR and Beltfed 30/50 cals) I have no expectation for the "B" to be anything other than what was said above.

Why Larry had these mix of tools will remain a mystery.

Thanks guys!
