This has probably already been done but maybe somebody will have some interest. This information came from War Baby by Larry Ruth. These are the markings and manufacturing dates for Inland Type II flat bolts. Not all of the bolts had the exact months of production.  All these bolts have the reinforced web area and are marked on the left lug.

OI Fall 42- Summer 43.
Upside Down A.I. Summer 43.
Upside Down O.I. W/Sideways 1. 10/43-1/44.
Upside Down O.I. W/Sideways 2. 11/43-3/44.
Upside Down O.I. W/Sideways 3. 7/43-9/44.
Upside Down A.I. W/Sideways 1. 11/43.
Upside Down A.I. W/Sideways 3. 10/43.

I believe OI were made possibly by S.E. Overton Company South Haven, Michigan but I could not confirm it in War Baby.
A.I. were made by Dayton Racquet Company. Arcanum, Ohio. This information came from this site.
The book didn't address an A.I. with a sideways 2 but it did state the numbers do not appear to follow any discernable orderly pattern with regard to date or SSN.  Anything that is incorrect, please correct. I am no expert but just wanted to contribute something to the site. Thank you, David

The OI bolts were made by Monarch Marking Systems, Dayton OH not S.E. Overton. See WB III page 1144.

Missing from the list
CCNL 346-13
OI in circle.
DI

CCNL 353-8 you will find that the lug shape changed. In some cases the same marking was used as the OP pointed out.

In WB 1 it lists OI with a circle as the Type I Variation. It is correct for Type II also according to the *Riesch book. Unfortunately, WBI doesn't have the manufacturer for Circle OI. Maybe it is listed in WBIII and Wayne could help out. It also doesn't have the company name for DI under the bolts listing, but it is listed as Dayton Mold Company. Dayton, Ohio for the production of the recoil plate if that it is the same company. The OI Circle were marked on the right lug; the OI were on the left lug.

D is not always D!
It may be Dayton Racket Co. as the DI preceded the AI.

There is also a SI bolt, but never reported on an original carbine. Listed contractor was Standard Computer Scale Company, who did make bolts for IBM marked SB

Olsen Brothers reportedly made firing pins for Inland marked SI. So S is not always S

Types, Larry has a unique system.
Riesch types may not match other systems.
The club tried to stay away from types and referred to the datasheets. We did use number systems such as with describing slides. This is where *Riesch fell short. https://www.uscarbinecal30.com/forum/operating-slide-chart_topic1140.html
For the most part when we came online we have been using *Riesch for the most part as most were familiar with the types.
Here is another example of where I believe Riesch has it wrong. What he calls the type 1 bolt, meaning without the strengthening web, I do not believe was ever marked*.

Maybe Marty or Marcus can add to that.

Win 0 had no web, but nothing was marked with a W
Another believed pre production Winchester came across the desk last year. Unfortunately the owner did not share further information.

The bolt problem was discovered in testing and bolt modified.
Several 3 digit Inland carbines had no markings on the bolt and can be found on this forum.

After that the IO in circle appeared (with web)
I have never seen a IO in circle absent the web, but I will add, "Never say Never"

Thank you for the great insight. I find this fascinating. My carbine library needs to expand for sure.
