The Inland Squiggly Line

   Anybody have any good photos of the “squiggly” line sometimes found on Inland T1 rear sights….to the right of the sans-serif S?
For the life of me, I can’t decide if I have that line on my 6-digit Inland. Can’t figure out if it’s a random mark or the “squiggly” line. It’s a definite mark and does not look like a random scratch.

	Thanks. I think the term “squiggly” can be interpreted in different ways. Mine looks much like yours. Kinda sharp-pointed on each end but not necessarily squiggly. It’s definitely not a accidental mark.

	This carbine has the squiggly flip sight too. Looks like the same squiggle mark as the sight I posted. https://www.uscarbinecal30.com/forum/inland-248608_topic3202.html There is no doubt the squiggle was stamped. It does not look like a machining mark. Merry Christmas everybody. Skippy
