Anybody have any good photos of the “squiggly” line sometimes found on Inland T1 rear sights….to the right of the sans-serif S?

For the life of me, I can’t decide if I have that line on my 6-digit Inland. Can’t figure out if it’s a random mark or the “squiggly” line. It’s a definite mark and does not look like a random scratch.

Thanks. I think the term “squiggly” can be interpreted in different ways. Mine looks much like yours. Kinda sharp-pointed on each end but not necessarily squiggly. It’s definitely not a accidental mark.

The same marking is mentioned in this thread.

Also, CCNL #35-3 lists an Inland sight marking of "S" with an angled dash to the right.

This carbine has the squiggly flip sight too. Looks like the same squiggle mark as the sight I posted.
There is no doubt the squiggle was stamped. It does not look like a machining mark.

Merry Christmas everybody.
