Central Heat: like Why Carbines said, leave CA. I did move to TN and haven’t looked back.
But to your question: like USMCdoc67 says, post a ‘want to sell’ on this forum or on CMP forum. Looks like you live in San Francisco? I can send you the name of a great FFL who lives in Tracy CA (not far from SF) that I used to use when I lived in the Bay Area. He doesn’t charge much (by CA standards) and will help you with the process and paperwork to get your carbine shipped to a new owner. Let me know if you’d like his contact info.
