unknown stock stamp. Anyone?

I did several searches but could find nothing concrete. Only some guesses.
Is on an Inland type I stock, right side near wrist. Looks like USAA in a rectangle box.

My guess would be a San Antonio Arsenal (SAA) rebuild stamp with the inspectors initial in front of it. I think it is possible that the U is actually a C (CSAA), which has been seen before.

Funny thing is if it really is a USAA marking, USAA Bank/Insurance Company is headquartered in San Antonio.
