Surfing around and ran across an item that interested me and decided to look at the sellers other items. A Trigger Housing was listed, but it was an Italian seller. The term he used for the TH was “snap-box”. That much I think I could decipher.

Snap-box...rather catchy I think.

Maybe a straight translation from Italian to English, like one take the word and literally translate ending up with a funny result.
If I look at a French Army manual for the name of the trigger housing I find "boitier mécanisme".
A straight away translation makes it becoming a "mechanism box"! And I check with the google translation tool which would go for the same!!!
Far from trigger housing...

Well, hopping my French-English sort of language is understandable...
