Mike, you need WB3 (pg. 1205). \ and / was added for IBM.

On this sight under the Newsworthy items down at the bottom of page is an IBM featured carbine and in the pics it shows the front barrel band that is on this carbine. You might compare to yours.

CCNL 329-4 shows late IBM use of \, /, // bands
