I  have a Dillon 550 and would like to know what brand of dies fellow reloaders use? For the resizing die, is a full-size die recommended?  What about a crimping die?

Thanks!

I use Lee. And full size, think mine is the Carbide one

I use the rcbs(carbide), and lee factory crimp, I got the rcbs for free, if I had to buy them I would have gone for Lee, all my other deluxe die sets (9mm, 38sp, 357)are from Lee

Lyman full length with seating/taper crimp die. The powder funnel is your case mouth expander. I load on the 550B.

Lee dies all the way for me, but must say that I have never tried others for compare.
Factory crimp die for sure for my input. Trim length should not be overlooked on the M1 carbine.
Reloading is indeed a learning process. Stay safe and proceed.
