This weekend I was fortunate enough to pickup a couple really nice original carrying cases. One is marked “M-D MFG CO. 1945”. I’ve had a couple from that manufacturer before, but not this nice. I treated the leather tabs with a coat of Pecards and noticed an interesting marking on the upper tab. It is stamped “MADE IN U.S.A.”. Anyone else ever encounter that?  |
