anyone actually use cfe blk powder for a 110 or 100gr load in your carbine?  I am shooting fine with IMR 4227 but would like to try it. There is no load data in the Hodgdon / IMR site or the hornady 10th edition load manual (I am using hornady bullets. any useful help greatly appreciated.

MOD NOTE: Powder correction

It is not ime 3227, it is IMR 4227 I am currently using. If this is an inappropriate subject, just let me know

I had a similar thought on the CFE BLK powder but after some research I noticed that it was #70 on the burn rate chart while H110 and Lil Gun was #64 & 65 respectively. Considering the expansion ratio difference between the 300 Blackout and the 30 Carbine, as well as the significant difference in operating pressure I considered that the powder would be too slow burning to be viable for the 30 carbine.
