Neighbors are the worst. Dog Pee Woman comes by here every day walking her dog. If I'm not here she lets her dog pee on my ornamentals. Dog Pee Woman.

There's a couple in this bust near LA. Something about finding 1000 guns and some being illegally full auto.

That pile of guns will trickle down to about 40 by the time the owner gets to recover them.

Come on now....u know they will take care of them. (Joke of course). I have a BIL that has had an AR locked-up for over 8-years now. It was stolen from him and used in a crime. According to the local law, the case is still “pending”. That criminal is likely out of jail by mow, if he ever went in the first place and that AR belongs to somebody else by now.

Floyd,
Your BIl's AR is still racking up storage charges $$.

I seen a picture from a different link that showed the white pick up bed piled up to the bed side rails with long arms.
Sounds like they took 'Manufacturing tools'.
Would that include our receiver wrenches?
God forbid if you have extra barrels and parts.

But... If the guy was up to no good.... throw away the key.

I had to laugh at one comment:
"I smell White people"

Good Weekend All,

Going off of M1 carbines in the news, I was reading an article about recent cartel killings in Mexico, and in the stock photo for the article you can see one of the cops holding what looks like an M1 carbine.  I love my carbine, but not sure if it's the gun I would want going up against some cartel sicarios.

The farmers are using carbines in Mexico

CCNL 384? had an article on M1 carbines sold to the Mexican gov.
Then there is a the NARA page

I guess it is a case of you uses what you have.
Didn't the US government in the past 10 years or so funnel arms to the the cartels?

I have carried the M2, CAR15, M14, M16 and M4. Inside 200 yards I would not feel under gunned with an M1. However I would feel better by the pool drinking coffee!
