I was fortunate to pick up this carbine few weeks ago for $300. It has an Inland stock, hammer, and bolt. I did switch out the safety and mag release. I shot it today and works just fine. Comments welcome.

Congrats, heck of a nice rifle for that price. That's a bit cheaper than my first bought 25+ years ago.

What caliber was the gun you were holding on the guy when you robbed him?

Unfortunately you made a grave error in judgement. You should have gone and bought a lottery ticket that day!!!  That just might have been the luckiest day of your life (maybe not best, but certainly luckiest).

Very good deal.

An example of another "lucky shot" seen on a french guns forum: a SG found in 2019 for €300 ($360)

and what is really interresting

don't worry, the owner has of course another stock to shoot the gun, he has preserved the original stock "as is"
