Just curious, what is a reasonable price for an M3 Scope. Saw one at a gun show this past weekend, I believe the seller was asking $1500.

Complete is subjective and you have to know what makes it complete.
Next is if the unit actually works. Then is it working because someone modified it or is it original. Take a good look at the few posts and articles we have on them to get an idea of what came in the case. Also read the MWO article and you will find that some parts were to be discarded from the cases.
