I have not had time to check against what Wayne posted yet, but here is a list that is a work in progress.
Need to ratify the sort as the initials screw things up a bit. Rather then group it by type I  decided to go with manufacturers names and columns for the types/year.
Still need to check actual markings and variations.

Please excuse any typos, but do bring them to my attention. Same with  omissions or variations.

Well, you can add 1943 type 2 to the Coglizer Tent and Awning line since I now have one in my possession.

L.T.D. British is probably a partial stamp.

Notice it just is stamped A.C. 1944
Although both places list it as A.C. Ltd.

Not sure how you want to list - by stamp or by company name if known.

More difficult I think is the narrow 4.25" wide pocket. 
My impression is the photos posted on US Militaria are to illustrate that the narrow pocket expands enough to hold the carbine magazines.  ???

Jim, your Coglizer mag pocket that you pictured is a type 1. (type 2 pockets have the two belt straps on the back)

The KINGSLEY FASHIONS Inc 1943 is Type I. Great job on the list!  I need to take the time and compare against it.  I know I need to find a COGLIZER and UNITED DEFENSE.

Ok, My mistake. But WB III lists only the tan color and mine is green.
