I do not understand, I should have sorted out the males and females in the safe So the "new" one is a NPM. As usual someone has "done his homework" and almost all parts seems correct: - stock and handguard Trimble - trigger guard N 9 - hammer HN - sear SW-N - trigger SN - push safety... unmarked, probably repro - mag lock W SG... it is for a Saginaw - rod N15 - bolt UN - front sight N - barrel Buffalo Arms dated 11-1943 - the barrel band is not correct of course (as it is impossible to find real type 1, I will as usual cut the baio lug to mock a type 2) - the rear sight is not correct either but real leaf sight are very difficult to find. Nobody's perfect.... I haven't checked the pin nor the ejector the receiver markings.... I read that there were only 26.000 of its kind |

Yes, amazing how carbines seem to multiply in the gun safe. Nice looking U code NPM.

Great looking rifle! I'm partial to NPMs and have two but neither look that nice. Really like the stock. Lot of grain and character but subtle enough that the wood's not the only thing you see on first glance.
