I have a Win barrel with no (or very little) finish on it. I removed it with a rust remover solution that removes gun bluing.
Who can I send it to to get a really nice re-phosphate job back to a near-original finish?
Thanks

Shuff's, American Bluing & Guns or Fulton Armory are three of many places that can do it.

Parkerizing is really a very simple, inexpensive process and the only really "specialized" equipment one needs is a way to bead blast the part (I initially used a cheap bead blasting gun and a large trash bag) and some sort of stainless steel container for the parts.

It is a relatively easy process as mentioned.

However, I do not think you will easily find someone that can do a near original finish
