Question on import mark

   Hello gurus- I have been looking at the import mark on this carbine. I have reviewed the “known suspects” on the website- but this one appears to have been double stamped- possibly more than once- and not well I might add. Any group thoughts on what this says? Sorry about the alignment of the pic. Interested to hear opinions. Thanks ( don’t own it- guy is hoping I will buy).
