When did Inland switch from Bluing to parkerizing? Pretty sure it was in 1943 but any ideas on what month or around what serial number ?

Limit politicians to two terms. One in office and one in jail.

Not sure you are going to find an exact date, CCNL's 253 and 346 have some info on the subject. Inland used black oxide (bluing) and phosphate (Parkerizing) finishes on first block carbines. The black oxide finish was used through late 1943, Late in the first block Parkerized finish was predominate.
