Have never seen before. Does anyone have any history with them?

Reed, the shorter spring looks compressed.
With that I have dealt with a bolt that was not as deep as normal. After soaking with solvent some broken spring coils came out with crud.

Anyone else?

You trigger spring looks normal. What am I missing?

Does that trigger spring have a funny looking base, where it sits on the sear. Pictures can fool me, but that one does look a little strange.

Far as mag-catch return springs go, I find them in various lengths, be never paid much attention to the diameter.
