I'm not smart enough to post pictures.....
My war baby is a Winchester. I drove over a hundred miles to get it. Some kid in Tucson inherited it, but what he REALLY wanted was a mountain bike. Several buttheads on a local gun board were giving him a hard time about it, so I sent him a private message asking what he wanted for it. He thought 300 bucks was fair, so I made the deal, drove down, and gave him 500. I thought that was a fair price back then. He even had the Red River Army Depot box with original shipping label from when his grandfather bought it. He told me that he thought 300 was a good deal because those same buttheads were offering 200 to 250 just to help him out. |
