Someone asked if they are restorations.. No.. they are original rifles.

There must have been several QHMCs in that serial range brought back. I have 1599617 that is still in original condition and there is one shown On Gunboards too. Mine has a Inland 6-43 B.I. barrel does either one of yours have a Inland B.I. marked barrel. The one on GB has a Inland barrel but I can't tell if it is B.I. marked or not. I got mine from a long gone old carbine collector. He like to tell the story about how a carbine collector had looked at it before him and passed on it because the hi-wood I cut stock was only marked RMC. I don't remember anymore but I think that was at Tulsa Show or it may have been Springfield Mo. Anyway it was the center piece of his carbine collection and the last one I was able to buy from him. After he got sick the other carbines he had didn't mean much to him but he keep that QHMC up to almost the end. The one on GB is only marked RMC too. But it also has the large crossed canons like the early ones do. Just like mine.
