I know that Quality Hardware recoil spring tubes were marked with a Q on the end of the tube but what about the tubes for Winchester or any others?

QHMC used the only marked spring tube.
Winchester early on did not mark parts. The spring tubes Used by Winchester were not marked. I see no subcontractor listed so the assumption is they were made by Winchester
QHMC used the spring tube throughout production with the receivers they made.
Rockola early on used spring tubes. their subcontractor was not the same as QHMC
Inland salvaged receivers that had drill runout. They got their spring tubes from Rockola.

So Winchester and Rockola did not have marked Spring Tubes. There may have been a company providing spares.

If there is a physical difference between the two I do not know and I do not think anyone has researched this.
