Should have a rear bevel
Never saw a tooling notch on the front have that looked like that. Not sure if it was done with a cutting torch or a rough file, not even close to right.
Believe the tooling hole in the back should have a bevel on the outside of the hole.

You got two.
Tooling hole changed over time so a good observation.
What else?

OK, not Sunday but there might be some issues with this "Underwood" Flash Hider? Bad thing is someone has actually bid on it!

Liberium, I think that you should closely compare the flash hider that you have to the one I pictured above. The one above is a replica FH that has been stamped with a .U. to make it appear that it was manufactured by Underwood. What markings are on your flash hider? For more information on legitimate USGI flash hiders see link below.

Hickok45 uses a slip on recoil pad. He's a big guy, I think 6'9".

Otherwise the rest of the stock looks okay...sorta.

I guess that is a screen shot of a video?

I'm having some serious range envy right now.

Since it is the Sunday Funnies thread, I think clicked the play button at least 10 times before it dawned on me.

The true wholy-grail (sic)

"M1 Paratrooper Carbine made by Winchester chambered in .30 Carbine. This is a rare Winchester with matching barrel, receiver, bolt, trigger assembly, hammer and more. Overall excellent condition.Stock is in has good condition with multiable cartouschs,"

http://www.uscarbinecal30.com/forum/uploads/5600/FunnyWinM1a1_2.jpg

http://www.uscarbinecal30.com/forum/uploads/5600/FunnyWinM1a1_3.jpg

http://www.uscarbinecal30.com/forum/uploads/5600/FunnyWinM1a1_7.jpg

And evidently these unicorns went exclusively to the Marines.

http://www.uscarbinecal30.com/forum/uploads/5600/FunnyWinM1a1_1.jpg

further proof would be a selector cutout, presumably because the Marines were getting them and the Army just regular M1a1s.

http://www.uscarbinecal30.com/forum/uploads/5600/FunnyWinM1a1_4.jpg

note the "M" on the bolt. Marines?

Instead of a WRA/GHD cartouche it should be WTF/GHD!
