Hi All,

New to this group and start with an introduction.

Bought my first M1 carbine back in 1996 at an Armory gun show and the guys offered me the M1 Garand and the same time and I didn't take the deal.
So, I've been kicking myself ever since and said I would eventually get one.
Now I finally have a chance through CMP and hopefully it works out.

Sincerely,

KevinG
THANKS,
KEVIN

Welcome to the forum.  I like the simplicity of my carbines better but I have to admit my M1 Garand gets more attention from any bystanders when putting 8 significant rounds down range followed by the distinctive "ping".  They're both fun.

Again, welcome. This is a great forum.

In addition to those above here's a few more:
and keep in mind CMP estrore.  The CMP forum has several folks selling parts as well.  If all else fails try eBay.
