The presenter said the 2nd prototype didn't work as well as the first. Guess that makes the first prototype worth more. Don't have a frame of reference, but it's a cool little peice. Better prototypes could be had I spose, but this one would do.
Looks like a carbine, Garrand and Modle 70 had a kid. The padding for the bolt was a nice touch. |

Interesting use of Garand like parts. The best one, IMHO, is the one in this site's header. That is the holy grail of carbines. Unless the first prototype still exists? |
