I need some help, I have an Inland Div. General Motors M1 with 6-43 date. I need to know what is the correct barrel band? The one that is on there now is not USGI and does not fit properly.............Thank You. Chad

Chad, What barrel band is currently on your Inland and why do you think it is not USGI? Can you post a picture? Regardless if you are talking about the Inland that you recently posted pictures of, that carbine has all of the updated parts, I.E. adj. R sight, flip safety ect.. then there would be no reason to look for the "correct" barrel band. If your current barrel band truly is not USGI then I suggest just looking for a Type 3. Trying to find the "correct" type 1 could prove to be costly.

I will take a good pic of the band and you'll see what I am talking about. You are correct with the price of parts, I have never seen parts so expensive before..........Thank You. Chad
