Are these T1 bands OK?

Am contemplating these. The one on the left looks a little off to me. It is parked with 3 weld scars. The screw head is unusual to me. But then, I don't have much expertise with these. Any opinions?

I'd say the one on the right is authentic because the screw head appears correct.Again, from Larson's book.

One can not determine if a band is correct because of a removable screw.
to add to that, many swivels and screws have been lost over time. Sometimes people buy a reproduction for the screw and swivel and put it on an original band.

I am in no way saying that this is or is not  the case with these bands. 

I would warn caution to anyone referencing Larson or using it to determine is a part is original.
In 2011 the club published a review by Brian Quick about the Larson book. Please read in full and understand what is being said.
