"B" marked barrel on Saginaw

New member here. I just picked up a Saginaw S'G' and am confused by the barrel marking. A single "B" about two inches from the front sight. Only other mark is a dimple close to the handguard. Will attach pictures.

Buffalo arms barrel and the p is proof mark

Agree, looks like that may be a Buffalo Arms barrel, appears to be a very lightly struck A next to the B. Have you checked the barrel flat for additional markings?

Wow! Didn't expect an answer so quickly. Looks like that could be the original barrel. Or at least the correct manufacturer.
